HOW A PSYCH-K® SESSION IS STRUCTURED?

In the first 5-10 minutes you will explain to me what the issue is that you want to resolve or the goal you would like to reach.

We will find the subconscious Beliefs that are crucial for achieving your goal.

I will guide you step by step through the “Balance” process, which will allow you to fix the new Beliefs in your subconscious in just a few minutes.

Finally, you will develop an action plan that will put all the Beliefs you have integrated, during the session, into practice.

 

NUMBER OF PSYCH-K® SESSIONS

I suggest starting with one session as, unlike other methodologies, PSYCH-K® does not usually need many sessions to work on a specific topic.

You may already notice changes during the session itself, immediately afterward, or in the following days. The process continues automatically over the hours, days, and weeks after the session.

 

FREQUENCY

After the initial session, I suggest that you observe the effect of the work done in your everyday life. Once you start noticing results, you can decide whether you need another session and when. This is generally not sooner than 2 or 3 weeks if you want to continue working on the same goal; even sooner if you want to work on a different objective.

You may also see changes affecting other areas of your life rather than those you specifically worked on during the session but also aspects closely related will change. You may well be surprised by the results!

How can PSYCH-K help me?

Your subconscious beliefs establish the limits of what you can achieve. If your life feels like a car being driven with one foot on the accelerator and the other on the brake, chances are, you have a conflict between your conscious goals and your subconscious beliefs. This kind of conflict can show up in your relationships, job performance, self-esteem, athletics, weight loss, prosperity, and even your physical health.

What is a PSYCH-K® Balance?

A PSYCH-K® Balance is a process designed to create balanced communication with both hemispheres of the cerebral cortex. This “Whole-Brain State” is ideal for reprogramming the subconscious mind with new self-enhancing beliefs that support your goals rather than block them!

How is PSYCH-K® different from Hypnosis?

Hypnosis places authority in the therapist, while PSYCH-K® gives equal or greater authority to the partner (client).

Hypnosis usually requires a trance state, while PSYCH-K® works without such a state.

Hypnosis may have no spiritual foundation, depending on the therapist. PSYCH-K® is always a spiritual process because it’s designed that way.

Hypnosis usually has no permission protocols; it’s assumed to be helpful. In PSYCH-K there are always spiritual permission protocols, i.e., contact with your Higher-Self via muscle testing, so we ensure that your belief changes are in your highest and best good and are not well-intentioned, but misguided goals, that can actually make things worse, rather than better.

In hypnosis, the partner or client must disclose often painful or embarrassing personal information. In PSYCH-K®, this information can remain private if the partner prefers.

How does PSYCH-K® work?

PSYCH-K® is a unique process evolving from years of brain research and hundreds of sessions with individuals and groups. It creates a receptive, “Whole-Brain State” that dramatically reduces resistance to change in the subconscious mind. The subconscious can be accessed in a way analogous to a personal computer. How long does it take for a balance to work?

The results of a Balance may be felt instantaneously or may evolve over time (hours, days, weeks or longer). For example, if your goal is to find a new job, then transforming fear into confidence about changing jobs would be of great value as you seek new employment. However, acquiring a new job may take additional time and action, for example researching new career opportunities, writing your resume, or going on interviews.

How long does a Balance last?

Balance seems to last until they are no longer useful to the subconscious mind, or until you decide to Balance for a new goal. Life is an evolutionary process, so what you Balance for at one point in your life may be inappropriate at another time.

Without the use of PSYCH-K®, life itself will remind you when it is time to change some aspects of your reality. Unfortunately, the reminder often takes the form of trauma or other emotionally charged situations in order to get your attention. PSYCH-K® enables you to consciously direct key changes in your life with ease and flexibility.

Nothing else needs to be done after Balancing for the goal?

Remember that while Balancing creates potential, you create results through your actions!

 

For example, if you balance to become an Olympic athlete, you must still do the necessary training and physical conditioning to realize your goal. The balance will transform any subconscious resistance you may have to achieving the goal, so that the effort you put forward in training will produce maximum results.

 

Another example might be balancing for a health related issue. While balancing will help to reduce the stress and inner conflict that may be supporting the presence of the disease in your body, it is still important to take all the appropriate physical steps to help the body to heal itself, e.g. medical treatment, diet, exercise, or rest.

What is Conscious, Subconscious, and Superconscious mind?

Conscious Mind is the one responsible for all the conscious activities of our life for e.g. setting goals,, judging results, thinking abstractly etc. It is time bound in past and future with limited processing capacity of 40 bits of information per second. It has a short term memory and can remember 1 to 3 events at a time. It controls approximately 5% – 7% of our life.

 

Subconscious Mind is the one while rules 95% of the actions in our life and is responsible for unconscious activities for e.g. digesting food, breathing, saving ourselves in death like dangerous situations etc. It monitors the functions of the body, e.g. motor functions, heart rate, digestion and thinks literally. It focusses on the present only and has long term memory ranging from current to past lives. It can remember thousands of events at a time and has average speed of 40 million bits per second.

Superconscious Mind is what we know as collective consciousness, God, supreme consciousness etc. It sees the big picture of your life and helps to ensure that your goals are both safe, and appropriate in the context of your life’s purpose. It has non linier processing with unlimited speed and capacity.

How to create a well formed Goal statement for PSYCH-K®?

A well-formed goal statement should meet the following criteria:

  1. First person:It should be about you – for e.g. “Its fun for me to lose weight”.

 

  1. Present tense: First person, present tense statement like “I love and accept myself the way I am”.

 

  1. Positively stated: Make a statement on what will be true (and not what wont be true) e.g. avoid “I don’t have fear” and use “I have courage”

 

  1. Short: The shorter the statement, the wider areas of your life it will cover. For e.g. “I earn XXXX every month” will work better than “I earn XXXX from my job every month”. In the second sentence, you are limiting the income to job only i.e. only one source of income.

 

  1. Emotionally meaningful: If the statement has strong emotional appeal to you, it’s good to use the same.
